Could be mine is flaky half the time. Is it possible it was unplugged before you pulled the seats and you reconnected it when you reinstalled them?

Man, I really like this. Only problem I see is with all the landscaping that I plan to do this summer, I know a bit of crushed granite would get in there and I could never get it out.

Ohhh but there’s more! They come with plastic plugs to fill the holes, or throw a 3/8 bolt in there to cover the threads(I think it’s 3/8

@Tundra2 I purchased my truck last month and it looked a whole lot worse than yours does. Funk, grease, dirt, and who knows what else was living in that rig. Mine was so bad that I removed the entire carpet from the truck, doused it with Simple Green, let it sit to do its magic, and pressure washed the snot out of it. The entire carpet with jute and all sat on the fence in my back yard for three days to dry. Coffee, gummy bears, skittles, and French fries are now a distant memory. Carpet looks great and has no funky smell except for a dryer sheet scent coming out of the vents. That will be addressed in the summer.

How difficult was carpet removal on the rear of the truck? I never got around to that before I started panic reassembling because of the rain. Assuming you have an access cab the same as me?

The icons were good. But as of now all my cars have Toyota oem blades because the refills are 4 bucks a pop for me and last about a year.

Don't worry though, I bought an extractor, detail brushes, and a drill brush set recently so I can deep clean it.

My steering wheel is staring to split along the seam at the top. That's one of the last things I'll do unless it really starts to annoy the piss out of me

I just want to get a black leather wheel. The 4th gen 4runner is the easiest option, but I’d like to go to a newer wheel to get all the radio functions on the wheel that make life a bit easier.

    Either this wheel,

    Or this one
    upload_2020-3-26_2-44-19.jpg

IF i can find a good deal on the first one that one is the one that lets you pretty much control every function of the radio from the wheel. just have to add one wire to the radio from the spiral cable.

oh more things i learned today at work. 3rd gen prius higher end models had illuminated mirror switches.. an i do believe it can work in the 1st gen tundras just with running a wire for the light (sorry DC boys, your switch is different and i do not know of one for those). so im going to try and get my hands on one and tinker with it.. biggest gripe i have is the lack of illumination on that damn switch (1st world problems i know)

That sounds cool, but I hardly use my original radio. If I do it's with a bluetooth cassette. Lol
