Does it have any effect these are rated for a load of 2100# when pretty much everything else is in the low 3xxx #'s? Are these a lot lighter? If performance is the same - then put me down for a set of four like the first pic. "Matte Jet Black".

Also, with this offset - will they stick out or be flush on a 14' CM with no fender flares?

Can the gunmetal come without the machined lip? I would prefer the solid color over the 2-tone.

The load rating is actually 2200lbs. That was a typo on our part. Each wheel weighs roughly 27lbs each so it's fairly light for a 18" wheel. Let me know if there's anything else.

Thank you for your response. Apologize if these are dumb questions, but new to the truck side of things and need to ask.

    - at 2200# capacity, does that mean 8800 pounds max for truck and anything else? I will occasionally pull a trailer, and undoubtedly throw stuff in the back.
    - is there a difference in capability when most others are 3xxx# capacity?
    - with this offset, where would the outside edge come to on a truck with no fender flares?

Thanks. Serious buyer, just want to make sure I get what's needed.

GVRW is only 6900 pounds for the truck. Even if you max it out, your wheels can still handle almost another ton. Tow capacity has nothing to do with it other than the tongue weight.

Last question for anyone that may know -

Will my existing TPMS work just fine with this - no need to do anything other than use the existing ones?

Yes they work. The pitch on the wheels works perfectly with Toyota TPMS sensors.

Methods, but same wheel size and offset as the SR8's. Tires are 295/70/18.

Jason is correct. Even if you take in account the GAWR, you'll exceed that load before maxing out the wheel's load rating. Even at 2200lbs, there's also a safety margin that's not accounted for in the rating.

This model was developed to cater towards the 2nd and 3rd gen Tundra hence the reason why we choose this specific load rating. Other wheel companies create one mold and uses that same mold to offer wheels in different bolt pattern to suit midsize and fullsize trucks. For instance, there are a lot of Tacoma trucks out there that run wheels with a load rating of 2500-3000lbs, this is overkill. You're just adding unnecessary unsprung weight. A lighter set of wheels/tires can help in braking and acceleration especially if you're going from super heavy steel wheels to alloy wheels.

Before I bought my fuel octane wheels, I was trying to decide on scs vs the fuels that I ended up buying. I do like my wheels, but I liked the stealth wheels a lot better. Noticing the 2200 pound rating for scs and the fuel octane wheel rating of 2500 pounds, I went with the fuels. Who doesn't want more strength right?

Well, i wash and detail my rims and tires every time I rotate them and guess what I found stamped on the back of the wheels... 2200

Fuels website has them listed at 2500 and of course discount tire told me the same thing.

I wish I had just went with the wheel I liked best. My next set of wheels will be SCS.
