Yep, the pollen started here a couple days ago. It really sucks with a black truck. You wash it or spray it off and it's covered again within a few minutes.

I did the pop & lock, I recall it took about an hour and was easy enough. You’ll have to look around for someone who did this with your year, because Toyota seems to change the wire colors a lot.

Had a 2/1 lift installed. Eibach pro-truck sport leveling shocks in the front and Toytec Boss in the rear. Love the look! Will most likely go with the new 275/70r18 Toto AT3 when tire shops open back up in PA.

Was almost 70 degrees here today so decided to install my fridge slide from DFG Offroad. I drilled holes in the bed, hit them with some touch up paint then used nutserts so I can pull the fridge/slide out pretty easily when I need the extra bed space. Think it came out pretty clean and seems to work just fine (haven't loaded the fridge up yet though).

Got a quick question for you guys. Got 55k miles on mine and keep getting conflicting info on maintenance items. At 60k I was thinking I'd change the rear brake pads and rear diff fluid. However, dealer said rear diff not necessary until 100k. Anyone care to comment on that, if there's anything else I should consider, I'm the type who rather play it safe and do too early than wait a min too long into a problem. I change my oil with synthetic and rotate tires every 5k, put tri flow on my heims more often, besides that haven't done much maintenance except replacing cabin and cleaning my AFE CAI filter. Guess I'm asking is there anything else you guys think I should do during my next 60k mile maintenance I've been following. TIA

Yes sir, wifey being a school nurse and the kids having their school shut down too they're fine and away from people. I fall into that essential job field category so I've been having to go to work which I consider better having to go than not having a job to go to. Unfortunately there was a scare just today. A guy I work with dropped a bomb on us that his wife was working in a bank up until recently with someone that tested positive today. Since me and another guy had to be working in close quarters to him recently they sent us 3 home today. If no symptoms I was told to return on Monday. So now I'm just sitting here in isolation away from my fam hoping I don't get it and more importantly if I did I don't pass it to her and kids. Fingers crossed, so far feeling fine. Can't say I'm not nervous though.

Hopefully u and your family stay safe. You live in the state with the highest rate and I work in the NJ county with highest rate. Guess we know how to pick em.

Hopefully you will be fine and negative. :fingerscrossed:
2 of my friends have it. We are staying away from everyone, I don't want it.
They closed my daughter's college and canceled her graduation. We went there and emptied out her room early this morning. Everyone is on Spring Break, I said let's go while everyone is away.

It was not difficult. I used the OEM kit, so wiring was plug and play. OEM kit can be found online (find your best price).

Yeah it's crazy times by us. Sounds like it was wise to go when empty. The way people react is what scares me the most. We've been trying to stay away from everyone too. I must admit I did a bit of panic buying on Monday, but instead of toilet paper, it was ammo lol.

Her and the kids are doing a good job. The only problem is that essential services job classification puts me at a greater risk of passing to my fam. I've only been going to work and home trying to mitigate the risk. I really only fear of getting and passing it along to my family. I'm hoping I'm just too dumb and tough to go out that way, so my fears lay with them.

Hopefully everyone stays safe out there.

Tnx John. The bumper is from southern style offroad. They call it their slimline hybrid OEM version. I've had it for a couple years and love it so far.

First, I've got to say your truck is just completely sick. I love the "sleeper" look and your truck crushes it in that sense. You've really got to look at your truck to see all the work; love it.

As for maintenance, brakes (for me) are one of those things I just do when they're ready. Not mileage/years dependent. For the fluids, I typically change diff and transfer fluids more than recommended because there isn't a lot of fluid in those compartments. Plus, it's easy and cheap to do. That's just my opinion....one of many. And like most, I don't have any evidence to back it up. It's just what I do to take care of my mistress.
