    I took down the bumper with a sander @831Tun left me some love marks that I tended to :rofl::rofl:then I did por 15 then the primer then 3 coats of black

    Yah u sure could. I wanted something that could handle the coast for me cause that’s where I live so I wanted the extra layers. Plus when I bang it on something I wanna be able to do a 2 min fix not take it off for recoat

    That looks great. I'm looking at this bumper for my 19 Pro. What size hole did you have to drill to make your trailer plug work in there? I haven't pulled the trigger on this one yet because of the trailer plug and license plate lights issue.

    A question and a comment:

    Can someone who has done it please tell me if it is a pain to add the RCI Skid plate to the MRDS? Is it easier do to the plate first or after bumper install? I read the thread and on some the RCI went over the NFAB skid and on others it went under... confused.

    My MRDS is in for powder coating because I wanted it to match my rims and rear bumper. But those of you looking for a durable finish, I recently did my bed in Raptor Liner and other than the prep sanding, acetone wipe down and priming of exposed metal, this was stupid easy. They sell a can with hardener in it for small jobs or touch ups, but if you have an air compressor, a kit which comes with a sprayer which is the one to get. I achieved a flat look by applying two coats first and then upping the psi to 75 and holding the sprayer about 25-30 inches away.

    How is your rough country light bar holding up? Any issues? I don't mind spending money on quality stuff but the Rigid and BD are a little spendy for me after all the $$$ I've dropped on my Tundra in the last four months. Your RC looks awesome and looks like it fits perfect too!!! Seriously leaning towards this unless you tell me a bunch of LED's are out. Had to service it at all?

    I have gloss which is closer to a satin and the mesh pieces on the corners come a little flatter then the paint on the bumper

    I like that rear bumper. Much better looking than the one for the 2014+ ones. What kind of fab work did you have to do to make it fit? I'm looking at getting this for my 2019 Pro.

    Ripped the bumper off this past weekend in anticipation of the MRDS coming back from the powder coater. My Rough Country light arrived as well!

    Side note: I forgot how much I loved WD-40. Makes all the black frame paint and suspension parts look brand spanking new.

    Anyone know what the torque spec is for the front tow hooks? The TRD Limted skid plate supports are held on by the tow hook bolts.

    This past weekend was pretty frustrating. The MRDS bolt holes were a full 5/16" off. Made a rookie mistake and didn't test fit prior to powder coating so I drilled and ground the slots 3/16" wider on each side. Total pain!!! RCI skidplate showed up too but didn't even have time to get to it.

    Anyone else have fitment issues with their bumper?

    What type of gap did you leave between the top of the MRDS and the plastic trim?
