Im trying to replace my PCV valve right now. I've disconnected the hose no problem but the old PCV valve is covered in foam w/ seemingly no way to get to it without destroying the foam. Do I have to tear it out to change the valve? Thanks ahead of time.

PS. Its an 04 w/ threaded valve.

EBB8BD0A-DE84-44A5-BE87-C64BE89BD3BB.jpg Did some hand modeling stuff. While the truck was in quarantine this weekend, I soaked the driver belt in simply green solution and scrubbed, let dry, and Today I lubed it up all nice like with the PB silicone spray. Hopefully I don’t break a window in the morning slinging it off!

The foam should awkwardly slip off the valve, like pulling socks off your kids feet.

Haha you got kids huh? Our 11 month old loves to curl his toes upon application of a sock or onesie. It’s super hard to make him flatten them to make it all work.

Let me ask you, is his online voice different, or more attractive than his real world voice? I don’t think I’ve got to that level of imagining his online voice, maybe we need a thread; read by PHM. He might be a book on tape guy, posing as a hand model, who despises the face and body guys.......I know it’s far out there, but possible

I was on my way home from work this morning, and it was raining especially hard in spots. I was a few miles from the house when I see something fall from my headliner directly in front of me. I thought "I swear if my truck springs a leak I'm gonna freak."

I leaned forward, and investigated the steering column.

A little ladybug had fallen, and landed smack dab in the middle of the column.

    Jeez. Lol

I ended up doing silica sand, probably used to much, but it seems to be pretty damn grippy! That shark grip stuff I might try on the bumper when it comes back from media blasting

Well, these showed up today...not sure when I'll get around to installing them. It's weird but they are much darker in person than they are in this pic....

Since I normally just complain about my mods, I wanted to say something positive. This backup camera is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Anyone with a camper top should do this. I will admit it's hard to break the habit of turning to look over my shoulder.
