Do you know if Toyota has ever put a 3.92 in our rear ends?

I don't think the old "lift the truck and count the revolutions" test would be accurate enough to differentiate between 3.91 and 3.92.

Hmm... so I think my rear is the 41110-34410 which says is a 3.916 ratio. Thats listed as a 47t ring and 12t pinion. The only front ratio that I see listed is the 3.909 which would be a 43t and 11t. So yea, mystery solved, I guess they did put something different in the 2wds.

I know that doesn't seem like much of a difference but I don't think that's a risk that I'm willing to take.

There should be no "close as we could." The shop was being lazy or haven't dealt with SPC arms before. Did they give you a printout for the alignment?

I don't recall. Probably. I would have made em redo it but they had just replaced the rack and a tie rod. My wallet was hurting and I needed to sleep so I could work that night.

That is so small .017 that it will likely be taken up in front/rear drive line tolerances...of course the easy solution is go 4.56 in both...

I had the same issue when I put Bilsteins on my DC. It bothered the shit out of me. Now that I have ICONS it is easy to fix the side to side leveling. Pick one of these spacers up and put it on top of the passenger side.

I think I need to adjust my coil overs for about 1/2 inch of lift now that they've settled with the weight of the bumper, sliders and skids. Both my rear side sit right at 6 inches from tread to bottom of fender flares. The driver front is about 5 and 1/4 inches and the passenger side is about 5 inches (weird I know that it's not the other way around). Then I'll take it for another alignment but have em adjust the UCAs as needed this time.
Hopefully this will fix my rubbing issues for now

Got my new center support bearing installed today. I had to take my whole drive shaft off because I couldn’t split the front from the double cardan joint with it still on the truck.

It did not stop my shaking around 40-45 MPH unfortunately.

I have KO2's and it took me moving to a "road force" balance to get the shakes out of mine. I was questioning everything after the first two regular balances...
So if you're running these tires it could be this. Just a thought, good luck.

I need to investigate my steering wheel clicking. Can I remove the steering column cover without removing the wheel?

Yes. Should be a screw on the bottom and then a couple tabs Between the upper and lower covers.

It’s likely your clock spring if it’s clicking when turning though

Can be. You can also pickup a junkyard one for cheap though.

also, make sure to not turn the clock spring with the wheel off since you can rip the ribbon out

Forward like into the steering column or pushing the top of the steering wheel? Your steering wheel nut may be loose

Well it is only the top of the steering wheel. If I push the top and hold the bottom and push forward it clicks forward and back. But side to side, Pulling the actual wheel or normal steering its fine.

One of my teachers worked at toyota and when I described the problem he said its probably something unique to my vehicle so just take it apart and look.
