I thought Guam tipped over and capsized.

Spent 5 years there 75-80. Returned there in the service late 90s (97-99). Loved it- surf, fiesta, dive, hike. Not sure how it has changed over the years though.

Left in 1989 brotha, unfortunately never been back. Costs too much to fly from Cali. Closest I get to go is the 808 state. I really miss it. Just want to go back once before I kick the bucket. Ha!

I was stationed there for three years (83-86). Haven't been back since but I wonder what it looks like now. I saw a B movie a few years ago that was shot on Guam and it looked like a lot of new hotels went up over the past 30 years. I'm sure that a lot of the basics are still there; great diving and hiking. Small island; you can drive all the way around in an hour or so.

Stationed there from 2003 to 2005. Was awesome. My daughter was born there. We want to take her back someday but man it is expensive. Played a lot of golf and did a lot of snorkeling and diving. It was a blast. The weather is awesome 87 to 88 rain everyday from 12 to 1, least when i was there.

To those on island, what's your MPG? Might move there so I'm imagining 10-12 mpg driving up and down Marine Dr.
