    Hello Tundra Nation,
I have been wanting to create an account and join this great community of awesome people. There is so much to learn and discuss on this forum, I sometimes catch myself reading for hours. I have to admit, I am that person that reads and reads and reads but never posts anything. I give my wife so much grief about being on Pinterest 24/7, yet never sharing any of her ideas or skilled advice.
With that said.......I am now going on my 3rd Tundra and I have loved each of them as they were all great trucks. However, this TRD Pro Edition in VooDoo Blue is just SICK!!!! I am so happy when I see it when I get in it and especially when I hear it. Had this truck for a little over 4 months now and I have so much to talk about (Good and Bad). From rear shocks falling off the frame to radio not connecting to my phone.
    Will be posting pics soon.

Absolutely love this truck and color!!!! I have not seen to many post about 2019 trucks or mods for them, so I thought I'd try to create an account and post everything I do. I'm new to this, maybe there are several posts, I just haven't seen many dealing with info that I have been searching for.
So my first update was tinting my windows; got it done locally IRX 15% all around

    Great Links!!!
Trying to upgrade my tires and have been getting info from everywhere to see what are the biggest size tires I can put on my stock wheels. BBS Forged wheels!!!! No need to change them.

    Where do I begin!!!!???
To start......In trying to keep my stock suspension system as is, I have been doing lots of research and with a simple BMC, some 1" shackles, 1" coilover shims, I should be able to get 35's on it. However, I am being told that those tires require a minimum rim width of 8.5. So now I am leaning towards Toyo's 315x70/18. Not that much of a difference.

I little narrower, but 285/75/18 is basically a 35" tire depending on brand.

So from what I have researched this seems to be the tire that is closest to 35's. But.....I created this forum so I can get all kinds of helpful tips throughout my transformation process.

Closer to 35. 1+" narrower than 12.5". But each tire and manufacturer will be slightly smaller or bigger than this diameter. One brand is actually 35.08"

Going back to the purchase of my truck......found the truck online about 4 hours close to where I live. Got to the dealership, pulled up to the new car lot and called my salesman to let him know I was up front. He said he could not see or find me. He asked where I was and then he said you are in the wrong area, you need to come to the used car lot ; I had no idea it was used!!!! So, it seems that the truck appeared on the new cars listing but was a used truck with only 200 miles on it, that's right, 200!!! Seems the person that had bought the truck before me was NOT HAPPY WITH THE COLOR!!! Decided to return it but exceeded the 3 day return policy by a couple of hours. So at the end of that day, regardless I made my purchase and I saved myself a whole lot of money seeing that it was USED!!

Awesome deal on a sweet truck! I just picked up a 2016 TRD Pro last week in MGM and am loving it, especially when I push the gas down and hear that TRD exhaust.

Crazy how it comes stocked like that. Wondering how much of a difference it would make, if I would upgrade my exhaust with a Flowmaster Muffler

Coming from my stock V6 Tacoma it sounds amazing and just the right amount of noise IMO. I've heard of people using BAMufflers or others after the TRD cats and that might interest me in the future if I want it louder. For right now I feel like I'm good with the sound.
You need those 295/70/18 all terrains or mud terrains! My pro has some and it feels the wheel well great. My tire hit the inside of my fender once during off-roading this weekend but no rub that I've experienced it yet.
