    Funny thing! I just got back from a sushi restaurant and I tipped the guy $10 for a $40 check. I also bought him a beer (large) lol. The reason for my tip was the great service. He knew how to have a conversation and made me feel welcomed. After I bought him the beer, he also gave me some free food! I only tip if the service is good. I would NOT tip if it is shitty. Tips should be earned.
