Contacted a local shop here in North Houston for a price quote for installation of front and rear Bilsteins (6112s and 5160s) already assembled, SPC UCAs and rear shackles. Wheels and tires which are already mounted and balanced and received a quote of $1000.00 which includes the wheel alignment. Seems high from other quotes I have seen here on the forum or is this just the average cost?

If they're changing out those suspension components, you'll need an alignment. For everything you're getting, plus install...seems about right honestly. I may be wrong though.

+1. Sounds about right. I paid around $960 for mine in Utah.

I was quoted 970 for lift install and alignment from a highly regarded shop here in Colorado.

I took mine to the dealer last Monday for 6112 pre assembled, 5160's, and alignment for about $730ish. But I didn't get UCA's or rear shackles.
