Agreed.

 

At this rate, I'm just gonna keep my 1st gen for a few more years then look at buy a low mileage 2016/17 Platinum. I'll be able to use the savings to build it out nicer and more functional than anything Toyota is bringing to market.

 

I have one on order but delivery date keeps getting pushed out. Which means my gear install keeps getting pushed out.

 

So Eaton is making the Detroit Locker for 07's and up? I'll jump on that big time if so!

 

YES!!! E-locker... Finally!!! I was at SDHQ and was about to spring for the ARB and compressor and all that junk. I said it is too bad no one makes an E-locker for the 2nd and 3rd gen Tundra. The sales guy said they do!!! Coming early 2020. So I decided to wait.

 

I don't want an Eaton E Locker or any Electronic locker like the ARB. Want the Eaton Detroit auto locker. Oh well....

 

Missed the Detroit auto part.

 

The Eaton E would be nice to have.

Checked with SDHQ this week. Still nothing on a ship date.

 

I like the ARB locker .... you get a air compressor too air up your tires ...but make sure you carry a spare air line and repair kit !

 

Gonna try and get one of these in the 4Runner for the wife. Hope the price isn’t a pro price tho.

 

Ive been waiting for the Eaton to hit the market since they announced it. I don't see it for sale on their site. Did you call to order?

 

SDHQ in Gilbert has had one on order for me since January. It is holding up my gear install since I want to do them at the same time.

 

I hear a lot of places are jammed up right now because of what's going. Bummer

Nope. Gear install rescheduled for June 1.
