    I am looking for a new Pressure Cleaner to tackle my all brick 2 story home. I would like to be able to clean the gutters on the second story using an extension pole. I have been looking at 3100 PSI 2.5 GPM units in the $300 -$500 range. Most reviews say these residential units have crappy pimps that do not last. I have also read a lot on the WEN brand and Simpson brand . Any info is appreciated.

    Do you want to run a surface cleaner any? Will need more gpm if so, just something to consider. Here we have a store called Pressure Works that all they deal with is Pressure washers and equipment. You can also get special tips to help you reach the 2nd story, and chemical also helps as well so your not having to put so much pressure on the surface.

    I would like to for the driveway and sidewalk. I know the more GPM the better the cleaning power and GPM is more important than PSI, but for the use it will get it is tough to justify twice the money to get 3+GPM. Unless I were to turn it in to a side business. Do you know of any good chemical to pre treat the gutters with that is eco friendly. (dogs and plants)

    To much to list:)
    There are all sorts of chemicals now that don’t hurt paint but cut the mold and mildew and dirt. You can even use them on screens and your windows won’t have streaks!!:) I always use to use simple green and 409

    My PW is 4gpm and it makes a huge difference especially running a surface cleaner on the driveways. For cleaners I use "the brown stuff" from pressure works and its awesome and doesn't harm plants.

    Mine is an in house unit made by pressure works, Honda engine and a AR pump 4000psi 4gpm. I think it ran me $1250 but its a commercial unit I run for my business and its been good to me. Somedays I will run it 6-8hrs straight only shutting down for lunch or to fill gas.

    gotcha, Like I said might be worth going that route and starting a side business , if for nothing else to pay for the unit.

    I’ve had it for over a year, probably 2 now! It’s a tank always starts right up and no problem! I mostly use it to wash my cars, but use it to clean the different rental properties I own too. It’s perfect!

    Nice, Its a pretty cool store and they sell a lot of different units. For sure pick you up some of the brown stuff, they also have a special chemical for the black streak on gutters if its real bad. They also have a "shooter" tip they make in house and that thing can hit 2 stories with ease, love mine.

    I think mine is a TORO with a Honda engine. 2900psi I believe. Had it for 20 years.

    @Alloutdrs1

    So I tend to go big or go home. I am now in the residential power washing business.( will be active soon awaiting llc then insurance) ) Soft wash set up to follow along with a chemical tank and mix tank. Pressure Works Greenville, SC built the setup. (super people) This a pic from the day I brought it home. I have since got to use the Brown Stuff and it works well. My surface cleaner just got here so the flat surfaces get cleaned tomorrow. 4000 psi 4 gpm belt drive unit.
