So, I failed state inspection because I do not have a cover for my LED light bar. It is mounted on a grille saver and according to the state I must have a cover on them. Can anyone help me out, the bar measures 23"X3.5"X2.6".

Thanks in advance for your replies!

Do you live in Kommiefornia?. I know that Cali requires covers on off road lights when driving on road. (Another reason to not live there) CA code 24411

Check Amazon for covers. There are all kinds of various covers for sale on Amazon. Knowing your bar size dimensions is important of course. If you find some decent covers on Amazon, you can always contact the seller first to insure the covers will fit properly.

Not yet..........No doubt on Moonbeam's Cali bucket list. No state inspections in Cali but still an enforceable vehicle code nevertheless.

It is an enforceable violation and interesting that the light bars aren't sold with compliant covers. I was amazed recently to see half a dozen vehicles driving in the rain (over hwy 17) with their offroad light bars on. It was daytime but dark and gloomy. Those things were bright! I'd be pissed if someone was shining those things in my back window.

matluth, thanks for the information! The lain-x won't work because they said it had to be covered and not tinted over but the cover should work out fine. thanks again!

Mike, You & I both know who does this, but I don't want to get PB'd (New acronym=PB......Permanently Banned) 72 hours and counting down. Of course the count down I'm talking about is when I get off work Friday. What else is happening Friday?????????
