3/4 NPS pipe. I used galvanized, we had excess at work. They aren't color matched, but I suppose you could paint them if you wanted.

From Metals Depot, for a 21 foot piece:

    T534G
    3/4" SCH 40 (1.05 OD X .113 wall)
    A53 Galvanized Pipe
    1.22 lb
    $85.26 ea.
    In Stock

Stainless is $105 for a 20 foot piece, aluminum is $39 for a 20 foot piece.

If not wanting to pay retail price, making own is a solid option. Or keep an eye on CL / OfferUp for them...

For that small amount of weight go witt aluminum pipe. For $40 you can get three that length. If you don't like the raw aluminum color you can prime and top coat black with about $10 worth of rattle can paint. I'm goin to add a third rack this spring. When I have my cargo box and awning on at the same time the spacing isn't right for the awning. The towers will cost more than the cross bar.
You can get the caps for $10 for a set of four.
