I would love to get my truck done like this what y'all think ?

Looks very nice but I cany help thinking the old Downey Toyota colors in the same scheme would be badass.

The awesome part is the company I work for has a guy that gave me a quote for 500.00 thays labor and materials. I do t think that's to bad.

Do it. It makes the truck uniquely yours. And it can be removed in the future for trade or whatever reason.

 

Well my base white would still be paint so technically it's a partial wrap. But the guy that would do it would be giving me a deal because my shop that I work for gets all our trucks done by him.

 

Yep the only concern I have is if it could rust under it. But I think.i would need to go over the paint really good with touch up paint in spots that have small Knicks just to mack sure they are covered good

 

This is my work truck he wraped it.

 

If I had a white truck I would. My buddy has a white trd pro and I told him I would get all heritage badges, inserts, and decals.

 

The only other thing is my truck has an 8' box but I still think it will look good

 

I used to know the dealership well when I lived in Downey. Before that it was a VW dealership. I remember going with my parents there and they bought their first VW bug in 1968. It was a POS from what I remember.

 

sounds about right all VWs are from what I hear.

Thays funny you should but maybe what did you rid in as a kid for a vehicle. lol. For instance I rode in a station wagon with wood sides and feced backwards in the last row of seats haha

 

It's a 100% go. I just need to get tires next for some wheels I just ordered then I will get this done for sure.

I think it would work with alot of different color trucks for sure just maybe not black.haha

 

One more question peeps. So what colors do you see 2 grays and black? Or a silver a gray and black ? It's a rough decision on what is actually used.

Technically a black or white truck could go this route..... faster if you start with a black truck

 

I’ve always dreamt of this exact truck in those color’s haha.

 

It's going to look so different and cant wait to get it done now. Here is a very rough pic what it will be like with the 22x12 wheels I'm getting.

 

That will look good plus you would pick up 50hp by putting on the MGM!

 

I still cant figure out if the other one is silver or a lighter gray. What you think ?
