It’s not substantial but I was really not a fan of the yellow halogen lights. These do have some sort of a cut off to help with glare but nothing like HID’s. These definitely look better than they perform but not bad for the price

thanks man! I haven’t been flashed yet either and they’ve been on a week. I’m pretty happy with them too and I’m sure if I ever need more light then I’d just do a light bar :headbang:

Check engine light came on my 2018 with 10k miles. Couldn't believe it. I was really disappointed for a few hours until I remembered the gas cap is a usual suspect. Went out to check it and... what the fuck, someone stole it!!:angrygirl: Thieves are the lowest of low. My best friend is the service manager at the dealer so he warrantied it for me.

That bites. I'd be getting my tank flushed just cuz I am paranoid. Never no what they poured in the tank.

I thought about it. But seems to run fine. No reason to think someone has it out for me. Didn't sleep with anyone's girlfriend or anything. I figured if you're sabotaging my gas tank you'd want to leave no evidence. Such as replacing the cap.

And I also inspected the filler neck very closely.

Fair enough. I'd be more worried about a liquid that wouldn't show anything on the filler neck. Sugar doesn't dissolve in gasoline very well, but a liter of coke is all kinds of bad news.

Yeah it definitely crossed my mind. I actually think it happened Tuesday night since the light came on yesterday. So hopefully it's been long enough I can rule it out. Dealer found no other codes, either.

Guess you need to shop around some lockable gas cap.

Installed my BAKflip MX4 today. Overall pretty pleased with it, though two parts arrived broken :( Hoping BAK isn’t too difficult to deal with and that they’ll make it right.

I made some mods to the install brackets to keep the factory rails. Was also able to use the factory tiedowns but had to get smaller clamping nuts.

Thought about it. Some cause problems with the check engine light still due to sealing.

Threw on some Westin Grate Steps, to replace the stock boards. These seem like they'll do a better job deflecting shopping carts.

Went back and forth between 1.3 and 1.9. I may add a 1" shackle down the road, so. 1.9 will work better for me.

HOPE HOPE HOPE no TSS issues

How does it sound now? Been thinking of getting this. Confused on how there is a hole in the box in second picture but not in the third. Is that the back with the hole?

Sound pretty good. Definitely fills the void in the low end. It’s not earth shattering, but this is what it should’ve sounded like from the factory.

Correct. Was in the process of installing the sub in the box.

Ohhhh ok that makes sense. I see it now. Well that’s good to hear about it’s performance. That’s about all I was wanting was just a little more. Looks like I’ll be spending more $$$ than I have for my truck, just as usual. Haha
