Ive got an annual Glutton Games coming up and thought Id ask if theres any competetive eaters out there?

Ive won everything Ive entered, but am not really serious about it. The upcoming comps I will be in are 3 minute hotdogs and 3 minutes wings. I've in the past won both of these twice, I've won a 10 minute cheeseburger comp, 1 hour wings comp and 2 differenbt burger challenges.

I am not, but in to see who is :spy:

However, I do believe there are some competitive beer drinkers in here. You know who you are.

for wings in an hour my PB and consequently the one that won the comp was 92 in one hour, for speed I’ve done 12 dogs in 3 minutes, 18 wings in 3 minutes, the burger challenges were a 2 pound burger with all the fixings which I did in 25 minutes, 4 foot long meatball subs in 14 minutes, and my personal best quantity challenge was a 3 pound burger patty, I pound of bacon 1 pound of cheddar a head of lettuce 5 tomatoes a huge handful of pickles on a chiabatta loaf (bun) with a large poutine and large milkshake in an hour (only 2 people have done it and I had the flu). For the speed wings and dogs I’m entering, my limiting factor was my jaws got tired. I ate 9 dogs in the first minute and three in the following 2 minutes. I’ve been training my jaws for a couple of weeks so I’m hoping I can break 20 hdb in 3 minutes. I’m doing a trail run today to see how I’m doing.

I am not a skinny Asian, I’m 6’5” 325#. Though a skinny Asian who shoves things in her mouth like the pics above Is sort of hot for me lol

the 1lb burger at Fudruckers damn near killed me. Do people competing keep their food down after the competition? Or do they go run to the bathroom and you know.

I once had 65 buffalo wings with 2 pitchers of beer. Now I just average 40 wings with 3 cans of IPA. ;)

I head Jason can fire down 69 hotdogs in 3 minutes without even chewing! Not the foot longs, the little guys, but still I was impressed, I mean I hear that I should be impressed.

My buddy who we call "Moose" used to chug a beer faster than anyone I have seen. This that old ZIGGY ZAGGY guy from the Man Show but he was faster.
We were in Cancun and one day at a bar, during NFL playoffs he drank so many beers while being challenged, the bar had to change their all you can drink promotion for the 2nd game. I remember the bartender were calling up their buddies to come watch him pound a beer. The ladies were almost as excited as we were when we returned to the resort after 9 hours

So I ate 12 dogs in 3 minutes again today, which is my pb for dogs. The buns were stale from the gas station and my jaws were tired to begin with from chewing on tie wraps at work the past week. I’ll give the gum and plastic chewing a break for a few days and try again on the holiday Monday coming up. The best in the world are eating 60-70 in 10 minutes. That’s 6-7 a minute for 10 straight. That’s not how it works are they are of course crushing the first 3 minutes, but if I can get 6 per minute for 3 minutes and eat 18 I would be very happy.

You have to train...I gained 20 pounds training for that one. I’d do it differently if I were to do it again, but you have to stretch your stomach. A key part of this is eating a lot and drinking copious amounts of water very quickly to stretch your stomach. I was eating 7-8 pounds of food and water within an hour in prep for that comp. I have since stopped doing those style comps due to the toll it takes on my waistband. The local St. Louis wing restaurant has a yearly comp I mean to attend. I beat their champion at another comp and he said I would win at the St. Louis one, and the winner gets their weight in chicken wings over the course of a year...that would be wings with my buddies once a week every week...which is pretty sweet

Depends on the competition. Hot wings comps and milkshake comps usually have a "keep it down for 1 minute" rule, other comps often dont really specify. Depends on who's organizing it.
