I bought a new 2019 1794 in November, but have just been too darn busy to do much to it (except drive it). Finally tackled the bed organization today. This is my second Tundra, so I know what I didn't like about the way I set my first one up. On my first one I had a spray in bed liner. I hated it, as I carry a kayak in the bed with a hitch extender. I had to add a mat to the spray in liner or it would tear up the bottom of the kayak. I decided this time just a mat would do. I ordered the heavy duty Dee Zee mat from Amazon. Fits perfect, is heavy duty, and costs less that the OEM by about $30-$40. Next was the rail mounted storage. I went with the Tundra Bed Accessory Mounts from Victory 4x4. These are just nice, no nonsense, heavy duty mounts that'll work with most things you'd want to hang on them. I ordered two sets so I could also mount RotoPax or whatever in front of the wheel wells. Lastly, I went with SwingCases on both sides again. I had these on my last Tundra too, and was looking for something a bit heavier duty, but finally just pulled the trigger and went with these again. They work, but just don't overload them.

As you can see from the images, everything fits nicely under the tonneau cover, and I still have full use of the side accessory rails and factory sliding tie-downs. I also added a few more tie-downs to the front for the kayak

looks good. I would get it line-X for the protection though. plus you already have the mat now :)
do you have sliders to make good use of the jack ?

    Oh and one more thing....

When I was mounting the swing cases, I ordered a bottle of OEM touch up paint off ebay for about 10 bucks. Worked like a charm on the annoying unpainted area where the rear tie-downs have to be removed.

I'm shopping for the sliders now. Looking for something nice and discreet, but tough enough for a lift point or an occasional rub. I've had sliders on my last three Toyotas (FJ Cruiser, 4Runner, and Tundra). It's about the only body armor I find to be essential for me (although I have had skid plates on the FJ as well). I've been looking hard at RCI or the Demello hybrids.
