    @Challenger1 wanted to go back to Cleghorn but might not be able to make it.

    @tundra_20 expressed interest in going as well.

    @Sunnier 95% will not be able to make it.

    @Marty McFly is 85% going

    I can 100% make it.

    @BUBBA_CHEVY is 80%

    Looks like @gears_call wants to go

    Let me know when you guys have a time set. I got a baseball clinic from 8-11:30, so if it’s a morning thing I’ll have to sit out. If it’s an afternoon thing I might be able to make it.

    I’m still working out being able to make that weekend work! :annoyed:
    But I’m hopeful it will work, and that I can commit— and start planning— soon.

    My preference will be Idyllwild. Trees (and shade) and curves. Alternately if you prefer a desert run, I’m feeling like I know my way around Anza-Borrego well enough to lead an easy run, so that’s one possibility, but it may be too hot by May.

    These are awesome! And, haha!, a stuck I didn’t know about.

    * I’m bummed I failed to take a pic of that guy we rescued (twice) from the dunes near camp. Full sized 2WD truck, no recovery gear (or buddies, or shade, or water o_O), several dunes away from any kind of hardpack dirt. He expressed that he was surprised too at how far out he’d made it. Said he went out at night... and was drinking, so....)

    Maybe I did know that stuck. It showed weird on my phone (?), like it happened while I was driving past in the background.

    Ha! I didn’t even see his shirt, except to notice it was short-sleeved and he was fumbling with the OEM (short) bottle jack when we showed up. :crazy:

    He’s with us! One of our host Taco guys. Aside from this stuck (I think he started with too much skinny pedal from a stop atop a dune), he did great, cruised around over the dunes pretty well. Plus, he got himself out with the traction boards he pulled out of the box for the first time here... so he’s good.

    Hmm... I guess I’ll throw down @nishibot as running this one... his is the only truck that’s not white. :cool: That way you can know who your “following”. Plus he’s 100% committed.

    Cleghorn only has one main route though, and y’all can self select for off-shoots. Since you tried a majority your first time out, when your truck was still stock :thumbsup:, I expect you’ll crush most of them this time.

    I’m so bummed to miss this. Please someone take pics.
