Hey fellow Canadians, what is the best place for ordering OEM parts? Even if it’s from the US, where has prices that are worthwhile and reasonable shipping rates?
I need to do my lower ball joints, checked with the local dealer, $226 each... I could also use a new belt molding, and I’m sure I’ll be ordering more parts as time goes by, so good to know where to look.
    Thanks

I think there's others but not sure. You can check cool springs toyota and mcgeorge toyota for prices.

For OEM in Canada, toyotapartsdirect.ca is the only non-dealer option i've found.

With the extent of price gouging in Canada it might not hurt to try a US source and ship it to a pick up depot south of the border where you can go pick it up. Often after exchange and duty you still come out ahead.

Thanks; yeah, toyotapartsdirect was one of the better priced options I was seeing. I thought about the cross border pick up, but it’s pretty expensive for me to get there ($100+ for ferry travel, plus fuel and time).

In addition to the dealers that sell online (like bmf4069 mentioned) I found some of my genuine Toyota OEM parts on both Amazons - dot CA and dot COM. I have accounts for both.

For example, on dot COM, Genuine Toyota 43310-39016 is like $70US including shipping to Canada. https://www.amazon.com/Toyota-43310-39016-Suspension-Ball-Joint/dp/B00KTJKDOU/ref=sr_1_1 ... the upper joint is $125US shipped: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Toyota-43340-39465-Joint-Assembly/dp/B00KTJLSQW/ref=sr_1_1
