Guys, please forgive, but I know nothing about this.

I currently have 18" steelies. I might be getting some of the 18" black and silver TRD wheels soon that I am watching currently that are coming off of a 2016 Tundra. They do not include the TMPS sensors. I know that the ones on my steelies won't work with the TRD wheels.

My questions is this: What and how do I order TPMS sensors that will work correctly for my 2019? I have read about codes, years, etc, but I am so confused. Do I get sensors for the 2019? Do I have to get them from Toyota where they are really expensive or can I order them 3rd-party? If so, how do I ensure what I get (from 3rd-party or Toyota) will work properly?

Thanks so much for your help.

I ordered this for my 2018, when i added a 5th full size spare. Same ones that work on the TRD wheels for 2018+Screenshot_20200204-064135_Samsung Internet.jpg

Splice the wires in behind the glove box and do away with them all together.
