I need a replacement. Everywhere i've researched doesn't sell just that one badge insert, they want to sell the whole center console.

That's probably the case if you're looking for a factory part. Maybe post in the for sale section and see if anyone is willing to sell theirs that was removed to replace with a custom logo. You can also double check with @Roman if there is a separate part number specific to that piece from Toyota.

 

Definitely have to get the entire console lid for that. Toyota does not sell them separately. I'd grab one of those custom made ones in a heartbeat before replacing the console lid.
