    I love my truck but after a couple months and a bunch of mods I have to say the plastic in these trucks is garbage. I don’t understand why toyota would put such scratch friendly plastics in a 50k truck. I know I’ve seen other complaints but man it just gets me going. IMO

    Here’s my GMC work truck. Granted it’s a 91 but that plastic is so brittle, just shut the glove box too hard and the dash breaks even more.

    I agree that it scratch easily, but I don't think it is any different than any other truck out there.
    They are all plastic and the Fords and Chevies that I have been in are the same. What is the alternative?
