You may just have to update the settings in the App to connect to the ECU again. It may be the PIDs that caused the change

I do every time I flash and I have a Kenwood with Maestro. I just restore the Maestro via the menu and all returns to normal.

Yeah I sent my logs on Jan 10th. He's said 3-5 days turn around. But it would be nice to get a message saying, "hey we received your logs and we're a little backed up, expect to receive them on ___"

Either that or just manage expectations and tell us its going to take a month instead of 3-5 days

Well....technically Mat has said that he's received our logs. But as we all know, delays and things happen and there are usually unforeseen circumstances that push back intended work completion. He's never really been one to commit to saying that we can expect something on ___, and I don't expect that to change. We just roll with it.

Fun reading...has anyone heard an update on the option for "Prius mode?" :D

Eventually I'll probably do this, but as it is my truck is a boring daily driver back and forth to work. And just coming off surgery, I'm waiting for those bills as well. Fun times. I've been looking for a good-mpg beater in the meantime. Too cold/icy in WI to take the bike out yet.

Guys I posted here, and sent messages to you guys that we are not making log updates until we finish code features on pending ECUs.
I have received all of your logs. But depending on your truck or ECU version, you may not receive an update until the code is done for your ECU ID

Thinkin about making the switch from DAP but it seems like there's a back up in service. Hell that's the only reason I wanna switch from DAP.

Is there an expected timeline on when there will be tunes available for 18-20 models? Website shows only up to 17.

When logging, are the files saved as an Excel file? Just want to make sure my labtop formatting is set correctly.

I guess what I'm asking, are you sending Mat data logs that are in excel format?

Sorry, brand new computer (Windows 10) and want to make sure I'm logging correctly, this is new to me.

    Thanks!

I think that in his quote, there's an exclamation of, "Holy shit!" Sounds pretty positive.

Much more noticeable difference between DAP and OV than between stock and DAP. DAP tune was an improvement over stock, but is just not comparable to the OV tune. This is a different truck now. And it's just the base tune. I sent logs based on the 91 tune that Mat sent, telling him that I was already running 93 octane and intend to continue with 93 octane. He is going to make adjustments to the tune for 93 octane. That plus the coming transmission features make this worth way more than I paid for DAP tune. Driveability is much improved over DAP tune.

Then again, if you're asking can the dealer detect it? I can't answer that for sure, but I think Mat said no, it's not. In an earlier post in this thread.

My man, I was ready to face palm myself too thinking you weren't understanding he is saying the OV Tune is noticeably better with a detectable difference from the DAP tune....until you clarified. Sometimes things are lost in translation on the internet.

Anyway I'm also coming from the DAP tune. As stated, DAP > stock. But OV Tune >> DAP.

I read earlier that it isn't detectable by the dealer but that you can simply flash back to stock if you need to take it in for some reason.
