If you can swing it, do the 5 year. You'll be much happier having it paid off sooner and you'll save interest. Good luck, looks like a nice truck!

When they bring out the four boxes turn the paper over and draw one box

Put in the box "PRICE OF TRUCK"

Then push it back to them

    What interest rate?

If it is really low then go a little longer.

If you can get 2% then you can spend their money for a little while without feeling it

With any truck with upgrades and visual mods I always say sell private sale. Someone out there is always looking for a truck with the work ALREADY DONE. Its worth trying to sell it on your own cause the dealer is always going to low ball.

I don’t think I will get more then $11.5k private sale. So $800 more to sell private but I pay $600 more in taxes on the new truck if I bring the cash. Only a $200 savings to deal with people.

This may be a stupid question and others may have asked, but why in the F do you want to have a payment on a vehicle you drive one day per week? That sounds like the worst financial decision ever

Thats true too but Ill put it this way I have always listed my trucks (with mods) higher then kelly blue book value and they always sell for way more. People are afraid of doing mods themselves but want them. Sometimes what people will pay will surprise you. I sold a 2005 Toyota Tacoma with 165K miles on it for 14K and a 2013 Toyota Tundra with 98K miles on it for 22K........ definitely sold for WAYYYY more then they were worth via kelly blue book

Great question. I ask myself that all the time. Lol. I’m an idiot. My wife says the same thing. “Why do you want to pay that much for a driveway ornament?”

I don’t think there is anything wrong with a driveway ornament. But if you need a bigger truck then buy an older tundra since it wont be used much. You already have the work car if you needed it.

I’d rather have newer and more reliable. And I retire in 6 years. Pay off the 2015 and keep the Tundra for a bit.

Dude, you sound like an 8 yro on Christmas Eve. Hope it works out. I watched for 6 months and actually it came to me.

I learned to drive in a Datsun pickup. Frontier reminds me of a Ranger. Blech. If it's not beat up and 4wd it would be hard to find down here at your price. Bedliner, etc?

Who knows whats going to happen in the economy in 6 years.

3 year old low mileage tundra’s will be available in 6 years.

I’d save my coin and buy one later

In 6 years trucks will be worth more and so will used. You never win with vehicles.
