Matching grill and trim

I don't know that I'm using the correct terms or not but here goes.

Are the matching grill and bumpers as shown and circled in the pick below aftermarket add-ons?


I'm looking at trucks online at various dealerships to get a feel for what's out there and I'm seeing a lot of what's shown in pic number 2 below. So are folks doing the color matching after they buy their truck? (Warning, I'm a t-total Tundra newb, but I'm reading threads and trying to learn.)

Some trim levels have more color matching so you will see the grille surround, on the bottom part, and the hood bulge up top free from chrome. And many people swap out to match colors.

 

That is a older 2017 and back TRD PRO grill in the first picture. That is a hood bulge (color matched) and a grille surround (color matched).
