So I know several guys on Youtube running 295/70/18 on the TRD Pro without rubbing at all. The only thing they had to do is remove the front mud flap. No trimming.
The measurements for the TRD Off Road from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender is 23.6 inches all around.
My 2019 TRD Off Road front is 22" and rear 24". Is it then fair to say that if I add a 2" spacer lift on the front, I will be able to fit a 295/70/18?
    Anyone tried that?

Here is one of those videos

You should be fine I ran 2.5” lift with 295s and 18 offset for years but I had to trim the inner liner so that may have been my lower offset wheels doing the rubbing there. If anything you can use a heat gun and re shape or push the inner liner inwards if it does end up running

Thanks Bud. You mentioned that I don't need a lift, I just need a shim. Are you talking about the bumper shims? 1/2 inch" .
So If I add the bumper shims, I will be able to fit the 295/70/18 without rubbing or trimming?

Yes, a 1/2” bumper shim will work with a 295/70/18.

So basically from what I'm hearing. I can fit the 295/70/18 on my TRD OffRoad with my OEM Wheels by just installing a bumper chims without and spacer lift. And I can also install a spacer lift if I want just to level it but I don't need it?

Sorry I read your post wrong thought you had a pro and wanted to go up two more inches so I suggested shims instead of the spacer lift on the pro suspension. But know you have a trd off road a 2in spacer lift will be fine....I can’t say much for a bumper shim didn’t even know they made them and have 0 experience. Personally I’d level it and add the tires it will look great. 2.5 up front puts you dead level and a 2” will give you some rake so the rear is slightly higher

No biggie. Thanks for your help. But if I'm currently running 24" in the rear and 22" in the front . Wouldn't a 2.5 inch spacer make the front half inch higher? On a flat surface if I measure the front from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender the front measures at 22". The rear measures 24" .

The way it sits now, any more than 2" spacer woulf put the front higher than the back by half inch

I agree. So if I go with a 2" spacer lift, I might be level or I might have a slight Rake which I like. But will I be able to fit the 295/70/18 with just the 2" spacer lift? Because that would put me at the same height as the TRD Pro which you can see in my original post in the video . They fit perfectly with no rubbing

Ya they will work with a 2” lift. Just remove mud flaps and you have a chance of the inner liner rubbing which isn’t a huge issue at all. But you may clear
    It

Willskaf, did you end up doing the 2" lift and the 295/70r18s? I'm thinking of doing same, wondered if it worked. Thanks

It’ll work with possibly the front plastic trimming and mud flap removal. But I would advise against a spacer lift of any means.

Gotcha. Doing Bilstein 5100s, mid setting, one coachbuilder shim on driver side to correct lean.

Yes, I garantee you can. You don't need any more vertical clearance. I installed larger and fatter tires that stuck out past the fenders, and I could not get it to rub, despite my best efforts. Your 295s on stock rims will be under the fender... not even close.

It's apparently a big secret that a coilover lift doesn't really improve your clearance (with <37s). If you want it to never rub, you still need to deal with clearance fore-aft in the wheelwells. In your case though (narrowish 34.4" tires and stock offset), only minor plastic manipulation is needed.
