    Welcome,
    1. What's your question?
    2. in the forums/ wheels and tires you will find everything about tires, lifts and offsets, I believe 305/50/20 is the biggest you can go without lift.

    Go with a higher than +18, +25 might give you a 1/4".

you are correct, that guy doesn't have a clue what he's talking about unless you want the tire to stick way out. A zero offset would stick out about 1 1/4 inches and a -25 would be 2 1/4 inches.

0, -25 will stick out some more, therefore your going the outside part of your tire will rub when turning.

    I had 275.65.18 18x8 +60 no rub stock suspension
Installed, 18x9 +12 rubing while backing up stock suspension
Installed 2" level kit + 5100 bottom setting. 2-3" level no more rub.
Installed 295.70.18 had to move bumper .5 forward, removed bumper flaps, removed mud guards, still rubs. If I have +18 or +25 it would have been perfect.
Someone with 295.70.18 18x8 +60 100% no mods, no rub.

What size spacer do you have? OEM is +60, 1" spacer = 25mm 60-26= +35 offset 1.5=37.5, 60-37.5=22.5 offset. Turn your wheel up to the point it's close to rubbing and measure.

Question is how aggressive do you want your tires to be. The farther the tire stick out the lower the offset, but wait that's not all. Your tire size will play in here as well. Do you have fender flares ?

oh chop chop.. i was first sold my duratracs on 18 offset but my truck couldn't turn either way so the guy chop chop n we took the mudd flaps off along with the bumper being pulled forward a bit so i ran my truck put second set on after 150000 miles next set almost another 150000 miles then toyota did the recall bit...went to a place called finishline they put 33's on 0 offset guaranteed no rubbing yeh ok haha back it went they whacked my new frame with no call to me no more rub but i hated the smaller tires so the rims n tires went back and their compensation to me for whacking a frame that wasnt even a month old was a 60$ wawa gift card now im back with my stock rims with spacers n my 325/60/20 wanna get some nice rims again ..my truck's my baby i have 374000 miles on it every one i put on it myself ...

Well I have no spacers, a 3” leveling kit, and 18x9 wheels with a +25 offset. The tires are 285 70R18 and they stick just outside of the wheel well. No rubbing no chop chop
