Here’s my biggest chop so far. Pretty glad with the outcome.

No before pictures really, but I chopped my front bumper and cut a good amount of my front fenders and flares. I need to pull the bedsides and cut those next.

Now that's a chop 90% of us would like. Departure angle sucks on trucks in general. Did you roll the bottom edge?

Thanks. I like doing things myself and this is my first truck bumper fabbed with only a grinder and welder.

On my 2010 it was the crossmember chop for the lift, bodymount chop for the tire clearance, and random crap for some extras. Back in '97 we bagged my Nissan Hardbody. "monster notched" the frame and cut the bed out for axle travel. We did all this before the kits were available, everything was fabbed up in the backyard, out of scrap steel... Those were the days. The air bags were from a dump truck, the front had air shocks with the torsion bars cranked down. Wish I had pics of her. Wayy before camera phones. Anyway here's the 2010 doin what we do...

I didn’t roll the bottom edge no. Just slice and dice. I have raptor liner for my truck and figure it will be fine. Hindsight rolling is a great idea. The next big hack I’ll roll! Thanks

@1BadTundra Ooo I didn’t know we were aloud to talk about other trucks! I did this one in my garage before the tundra. 12” frame notch for the axle. Triangular four link. I pancaked 1 5/8” out of the front cross member for extra low. Custom bag cups in the lower control arms too. Also only with a side grinder and a welder :D:D

Leather seats, cut/ pull the bedsides, front bumper under factory, rear suspension with bypasses, rear bumper with swing out. I guess a sway bar fits in that list somewhere.
I also kinda lied because this was the biggest chop project on my tundra so far. Before photos would look like a stock 06 tundra suspension.
