    Damn buddy... nothing but respect.

    One thing I can never get into is the gym life, cant do it, I have tried several times. Its all on me, and I can say you guys that do that daily are some pretty determined folks.
    My diet, well I think you get a pretty good idea of what its like LOL....

    Battling carbs again, my weight is on the up side and trying to drop between 40-50 at least. Been a battle for most of my life, my brothers are the same we, we some big dudes, only on of us works out, the now retired cop LOL.

    Yes sir it is, I work with a guy that is 100% keto/gym life, short little dude is cut and fit, he has my respect. He gives me advice on keto, I do a personal modified version, m-f try to keep carbs to 50 or less, weekends I can pretty eat what I want, still within reason tho.

    Monday this week I had the keto/carb flu so bad I thought it was the flu and went and got tested LOL. Its working for me only a week nd half in and I can feel the difference. In my line of work fast food/cokes and junk are a way of life, its way to easy to slip into that, esp the cokes, quick energy on the sales floor when you dnt have the time to take a break or lunch and keep going, happens a lot, grab a coke, and go.

    I also stress eat, and eat the wrong things when I do. today when I left work I was stressed pretty bad, been that kind of day, my mind said f it go to chic fil a, I fought it and won LOL, headed home had left over deer chili. Don't even get me started on chocolate chip cookies, fuck..
