    Well I screwed up a bid I had won for a contractor

    now doing a return.

    I somehow had mis read the bid email from that company.

    they reached out to me this morning after the merchandise was delivered yesterday and found to be incorrect.

    thankfully the buyer is not upset. The downside is I have a large refund to process and they are accepting a rebid from me to see if we still get the sale or a competitor does

    I notified my manager and the store manager. Thankfully the way the merchandise was ordered we will not be stuck with them here at this location.

    sucks to be reminded I am not perfect and can make a mistake in my job.
