    Hi Guys,

I bought a 2019 TRD sport a couple of months ago and had a 2-inch spacer lift installed. I also put BFG all terrains on which are LT tires.

I've noticed that the ride has been rough since the get-go and kind of thought thought it was maybe the tires. They are at 30 and 35psi.

the shop representative said they looked at the vehicle and took it for a test drive. He said that the reason for the stiff ride is the TRD suspension and the LT tires. I can hear squeaking whenever I hit any type of soft bump or undulation in the road.

Can you tell by these pictures if the install was done correctly? the first picture is the passenger and the second picture is the driver side.

    ThanksIMG_20200107_155032.jpg IMG_20200107_155043.jpg

spacers are known to ride like $### honestly.
Also with BFG AT, you can run 40 psi. 30 is too low.

I think that's correct. Spacer lifts tend to cause a rough ride and I believe limit down travel. The tires at that psi shouldn't be too rough, even with LTs.

I'm just looking at the coils and they don't look the same. You can also see that they marked I think how to line up which is different.

Installed correctly and agree with everyone else..... and what you'll continue to hear. Spaces ride like crap and are only to give you a cheap, slightly lifted look. Save up for some good coilovers and welcome

I had the same set up when I bought mine just Toyo M/T tires. And had the same issue with the ride, lost the spacers and added king coilovers and rides like butter now. As far as the install though looks correct

Thanks for your replies. One last thing. Is it normal to hear squeaking the whole time?

No. What size tires? What size wheels? Are the tire clearing the UCA’s? The coil in the top picture looks seated weird.

What kind/size lift is it? Those spacers look to be bigger than a normal.

Exactly what I’m thinking. If it’s a 2 inch spacer it’s going to lift him up about 4 inches.

There should almost be no spacing between those studs to get the nuts on if it's only 2" lift(1" spacer).

Measure the spacer that was installed

I recently purchased a 2007 CrewMAX with spacers on the front and blocks on the back.

It rides and drives like crap. When the weather improves and my schedule clears,I’ll be taking that crap off and putting some Bilsteins on. I’ll also be putting new upper control arms in.

I’ll be going back to stock height and hopefully see a world of improvement.
