Ok fellas. Thanks to many of you for the help you provided.
I blacked out all the emblems including the door handles on my limited cement gray. I also replaced the mirror covers to the cement gray . I should have the grille and Buldge in Cement color to match the body color on Monday . The only thing I'm debating on and need your help is on the bumper end caps.
So as you know, my truck is in cement gray color. Here are the 3 questions that I need your opinion on.

1- Should I go with a black bumper end caps which will make to whole bumper black or should I go with the cement color to match the body?

2- Should I completely remove the bumper end caps and replace them with new ones or should I just use the overlay ones that I can be purchased from Sparks Parts to go over the Chrome?

3- I cannot find any videos anywhere on how to completely remove the bumper end caps . Is it hard to do? Can you please post a video of you have one ?

    Thanks

Another option. I monstalined the end caps. Color is a little different but it was cheap, quick and much better than chrome.

I blacked out my front end caps. did not overlay, instead got black end caps from sparkparts. to install you have to remove front grill and lower bumper asembly where the license plate goes, and the flared parts under the head lights. do not have vidio. self tought the install. not that coplicated just take your time

Colormatch is the way to go IMO, cleaner more timeless look.

Overlay caps are easiest and tend to be the favored choice on this forum. I removed my end caps myself, had them sandblasted, then painted to match. I love it. And its a high Gloss, smooth black finish, unlike the plastic end caps which tend to leave a slightly rubberized finish

I got the overlays from sparks. Been a year and no complaints. The color match was spot on also. There was a bigger color difference when i got the OEM grill and bulge.

I looked at the Sparks website and it’s saying $525 for just the front caps — is that right? Seems really high. By comparison, I got a quote from Line-X to spray the front AND back caps for $500 (or $200 if I pulled them off myself), which seems way more affordable.

    That's interesting. Looks great!

You removed the caps, I assume. Do you have to rough up the chrome, first?

    Any installation advice?

    thanks!

I did not remove the caps. Just roughed up the end caps with sandpaper, taped and painted. I did remove the black top covers on the rear end caps to get a a cleaner line. Figured the bumpers would eventually be replaced with aftermarket so didn't want to spend too much effort or $$$ removing the chrome. Monstaliner is smoother than line-x and has a shine. Its holding it up well.
