I figured when I upgraded from my 2012 to the 2019 that Toyota would have finally put a floor mat clip on the passenger side, but I see they still haven't...

I've tried Weathertech's and the TRD rubber mat with all the little spikes and it still slides and deforms the mat... Do they Husky mats stay in place any better? Anyone running something that doesn't actually slip?!

I'm running Gator Liners (made by Husky, half the price) and they don't move. It comes with a huge spike you drill down into the carpet, but I chose not to use it.

I have the Husky liners and did not use the spike on the passenger side. Stays in place just fine.

Are the Husky mats hard like the WeatherTech's? I am looking for a softer mat like in my Ridgeline. I had WeatherTech in my wife's old Mini Cooper and didn't care for them.

Husky makes 2 versions, one kinda stiff and hard, the other more of a matte plastic. Both fit well and stay in place. Even on the passenger side. There’s a $41t ton of comparative info on this forum if you search. The best price always seems to be at Auto Anything through rep @eccracer104 on this forum. Maybe hit him up when you think you’ve decided, ask if he knows any other better option, but it always seems to be that Husky’s fit and stay in place best.

I have the maxliner mats and had the same issue. Bought two strip of industrial strength Velcro, places them on the underside of the mat and it grips the carpet extremely well. Doesn’t slide anymore

My Maxliners are Custom fit, they can't slip, they're rigid and conform to the sides up a few inches on footwell and back to under seat. They can't move as they fit snug as a bug. Super easy to clean, don't need to remove, just use a damp rag and wipe then slide the dirt in one smooth move off and out of the vehicle. Couldn't be any easier. I'd suggest those for front and rear, the rears cover more than other brands and custom fit again.

Luck and enjoy those Toyotas. : ^ )))

I got Gators as well. I was putting in my ESP long box so I didn’t want to spend a lot on something I might end up cutting to fit. I like em and they ship fast. Ordered them Friday night and had them Saturday

Do these go back under the rear seat or just to front edge? Thanks. In another thread I thought I seen a rear floor mat that went completely back under the seat? Anyone know of any? Might have been someone’s custom work.

You'll like them. Best of all, when you pull the warranty slip out it says "made by Husky Liners".

They fold the back liner in half in order to fit it in the box. You may have to massage them a little with a heat gun to make them fit over the door sills snug. I had to on mine.

Husky Liners X-act Contour stay put in my truck, even without using the floor mat clip carpet screw thing.

I have had weathertech for 4 of my 'Yotas and went with Maxliner this time becasue the weathertech were hard to clean after a while and they seemed to get stiffer.

I'd highly recommend the maxliner over the weathertech. They look better and fit better and have not moved since I put them in. I have not done a side by side measurement between the 07 Tundra/weathertech setup I have against the 20 CM/maxliners, but they look like the cover more of the threshold of the door, too.

I am really really happy with them and will eventually replace all my weathertech mats in all 4 of my 'yotas
