Man, had a hell of a lot of fun dirt biking a few years ago but couldn't find a balance between lifting, biking and work. Now I'll take the bike out a few times a year just to ride through the woods. Fun as hell though!!

That's all you need for a good time! I stopped MX at 14 or so. Just focused on trail and tech riding. It's more scenic anyway!

I was only kidding about scrubbing my sandals. ;) Although I did think to myself if I stepped in dogshit, would it be better to scrub it with that toilet brush or just leave it on my shoe?

I was all out of the loop then saw MX....Back in it!!!

MX can be brutal. One of the races I was at a 16 year old had a fatal crash, very sad.

My daughter is into guns, big time. Today she asked how a bullet would kill a bad guy.

So I unholstered the ol' trusty G19, cleared, disassembled, and put the bullet into the barrel to show her how this all works.

It took her a bit, and I had to help her with the recoil spring, but she got it back together.

    Proud Daddy day.

Cool. Better to teach em at home than learn at someone else's home. And the more they see and touch em, the less curious they are and won't sneak around trying to get them without you looking.

As promised, from the Stone Age:

Cliff jumping on the mountain bike. I had two good friends get hurt bad on this jump. We stopped doing this as a group.

Carrying someone out from here was not fun the first, nor the third time.
    IMG_0514.jpg

This was 99'. I was so excited to get my bike back together, I forgot my gear bag. Suspension was perfect. That was some serious air.

This has to be the 01' season since it was my one and only CR250. Funny, this is the first night I have seen them. I never knew my girlfriend at the time (now wife) took them.

This was my practice/backup bike. Ok, so it was supposed to be the wife's YZ250F, but I found it more fun to practice with a 125cc class bike in the 250cc class.

Nice, I love it, except for the day you forgot your gear bag, should've drove back home for that helmet Sir! 2001 was a good year for the CR250! 2001 was the last year I raced seriously. I felt one with the bike back then. It's been hard to get seat time lately, I haven't been able to get that feeling back.

This is the only old school pic I have from back in the day, I was 12 or 13 at the time on my 96' cr80... Those were the days!!

Can't go wrong with a Sig weapon. Only one I have never liked is the wife's 938. Hate that little thing.

Ha ha. Yeah, one was due to forgetting. I just jumped it a few times and then ran it threw a rhythm section to chech rebound rates.

The second one, I was just dicking off and it was 100*+
