    Packers were recently destroyed by the 49ers and needed a last second field goal to beat the 3 win Lions. The Packers will just “go Pack go” home early in the playoffs this year.

    I happened to go to the Raiders and Packers game this year in Green Bay. Nice people and even the Raider fans were well behaved unlike when they visit Seattle. Very quiet stadium though, I’m used to the 12’s at Century Link being so loud.

    I can't see the future so I'll just have to wait. 49ers are damn good and the Ravens. All teams have a crappy or disappointing loss or two during the season that they'd like to forget about, kind of like the Hawks choking at the 1/2 yard line again at home when it counts and losing their division giving the Niners a bye and home field advantage. Season stats and records are cool but not as cool as getting to the playoffs and playing hard and getting that SB ring that all players try to achieve. Seems that home town Packer fans consume too much cheese curds and beer during a game and SeaHawk fans drink WAY too much coffee.

    The Hawks losing to the 49ers really didn’t change their playoff situation that much. The Saints and Packers had already won so the best they could do was the #3 seed. It would have been home against the Vikings instead of away against the Eagles. Either way there was no bye and a first round win will probably lead to a second round road game. The loss to Arizona last week was the one that took us out of getting a bye and improving our SB hopes.

    The Hawks are going to take care of business at the Eagles then have a second round rubber match in Santa Clara. The Saints will destroy the Vikings this week then head to Green Bay. I like the Hawks round 2 chances better then the Packers, only time will tell.

    FYI - No one is drinking coffee at Century Link except for Sounders games. It is a beer fueled roar from the crowd. There was TONS of cheese curds in Green Bay though, handing out bags like it was Halloween candy.

    Not sure if you watched the Chargers / Chiefs game this weekend or not ( I did just to watch Rivers throw his last interception as a charger) but I didn't see anything spectacular, especially from Kermit.
