We didn't really do presents this year. I bought myself a rifle back in November and The Woman bought herself...something I can't remember. LOL

We did get a few gift cards and her boss bought us a bottle of The Macallan 12.

Well, the wife and i snormally dont exchange gifts, but about a month ago she sent me into panic mode. She told me she got me something, then in another conversation, i heard her say she went a bit overboard. So i went and bought her a diamond necklace. So, im a Saints fan and an even bigger Brees fan. So this was a very welcomed surprise.

Wife got me a nice set of snow pants and a pair of gloves.

I got her three t-shirts with funny sayings on them (She works with elderly they they enjoy them)
A nice kitchen towel with a chocolate lab on it saying (every meal you make, every bite you take I'll be watching you)

I bought myself a 2019 Tundra pro so I call that my gift to myself till it is paid off

We buy what we want or need throughout the year and she has nephews and nieces that have kids so we spoil the shit out of them

We dont have kids and are DINKS

A few laps in an Indy car with Mario Andretti and then 48 minutes in an Indy car solo.

I'm excited, but skeptical. From the videos on youtube it appears they control the throttle/RPMs. By reading their Q&A's they only allow 5800 RPM total after quite a few laps. I know these cars will tach out at 10k plus. Then again, maybe their wisdom will save me from myself!

I hope it is worth the $2k my wife spent.

She bought me my first actual set of truly amazing quality Shun knives. Took me 2 days to get up the nerve to use them. The Chef that helped her pic them out told her "please don't cut your finger off". The pics dont do them justice, they are amazingly beautiful.
