The coil has a slight bend to it. They both have it, so must be normal. I don’t usually pay attention

Kinda strange, youd think that if they were compressing they would do so evenly. Are the perches clocked okay?

For now. Whenever I get the trd SEMA wheels I’ll go up a size. But taco wheels are too new to put new tires on

That's the same size I ran on my FJs on both my tacos. Which tires? I had the Cooper ATPs

Nice. I've always wanted to try those out but went with the AT3xlt this go round. Maybe next time. So far I've loved both Cooper ATs

They’ve easily been the best tire I’ve ever had.

quiet, and did amazing off-road for a all terrain. (Granted I only got to go to badlands 3 times with them on)

I dealt with heavy wind noise for along time, but My door was bent up in the right corner. I testing by just pouring water directly into the door crack and seeing how far it falls on the inside.

Anyone run no resonator on stock exhaust? Im going to put on a JBA Y pipe and I was thinking about just clipping the reso while I am at it.

My Titan had this. I guess it's very common on those. The easy fix is to roll the window down, set your legs off to the side of your seat, close the door until it hits your knees, and then smoothly pull the top of the door to you. Go slow and be careful! I did this to my driver's side on my tundra and it shuts like a new door. I actually find myself not closing all the way fairly often because it shuts so tightly.

Sometimes you will see this on coilovers when the springs aren't ground flat enough for the steps on the top/ bottom retainers to hold everything straight. If you're not rubbing the shock body I wouldn't personally be worried about it. My raptor coils do the same thing because I've clipped them a little and I don't currently have a rubber or poly isolator on the top. Long story on that one, but yeah mine do it too.

Mine looked the same. I came to the conclusion is was just the way the spring sat on the upper isolater just shifted it slightly. Didn't notice it on the truck.

That was my first thought, had a Jeep that needed the bushing too.

I do and I can't figure out why it was there in the first place, truck still sounds the same.

Today is brake bleed day again on the Tundra, as I’ll be doing the other Hand Model Mobile. Now that I’ve done this once I’m a pro and will be making a youtubes tutorial on this second go around.

Seriously, I rigged up this plastic bottle bleeder thingy and I want to try it on the Brake Proportioning Valve. Its a nice day here. A good skin day with lots of moisture in the air.

I figured. Just been spoiled with icons on my other truck, they’re flat lol. And Toyota McPherson are offset springs so they all look whack

Plenty of people do it, but the sema wheels are too narrow for a 285/70R17.

Under the drivers seat, pull up the sill trim and you'll be able to pull the carpet back easily.

    Just bought it.
I bought the 150w self powered Kicker sub from Crutchfield. ($250ish) I put it in the back right hole below the seat. The wiring was easy. Ran the power up the drivers side and the speaker wires up the passenger side. Crutchfield makes it so easy. They send you everything. Just takes time and patience. Was about a 3 hour job. But sounds great. It adds that rich Bose sound to the truck. I didn’t want hair shaking bass. Just a good deep bump. Hit me up if you ever have any questions. Jeff@jeffbrittain.com
