    Good to know.

    I just can't see how 7/8" works when the OEM Tie downs are almost an inch.

    Why wouldn't they be closer in size to the factory tie downs?

    I'm pretty sure they are the exact same size. It's the 7/8' that is throwing me for a loop.

    Maybe I'm overthinking it.

    Many KB Voodoo Fabrications accessories!!
    The internal height of the deck rail is 0.938" if I remember correctly. The width of the T-nut is 0.875".

    That is a difference of 1/16". That's as tight as you want it to be. The deck is a formed piece, not machined.

    The first set I got from Amazon were not right and fit like the ones you have now. The second set I linked fit perfect. I sent the first ones back.
