Will these 2013 tow mirrors fit my 2016?

Quick question for the knowledgeable forum members. I found a set of tow mirrors for sale locally on Craigslist, according to the owner they are off of a 2013. I'm trying to figure out if they will fit my 2016, my truck does have the BSM and heated, power mirrors. I had planned to buy the black mirror caps anyway to do away with the chrome. Can I kill two birds with one stone here and do away with the chrome and upgrade to tow mirrors with these? Thanks in advance for the advice.

 

Why don't u look up 1A Auto.com for cheaper OEM Toyota tow mirrors

 

I wasn't aware of 1A thanks for the heads up. I'm not sure what they usually go for but I can get these for a little south of fifty bucks.

 

Since OEM from Toyota lots of $$$ I got mine off 1A auto.com half the cost n look like OEMs no issues with em

 

They even sell blacked out lenses separately

1A Auto does not sell Toyota tow mirrors as far as I know, even though their mirror is a definite improvement over the one the OP postrd.

 

They are not OEM Toyota tow mirrors but a replica of them and half the cost as I stated

To O.P. I'm gonna jump on the band-wagon. Stay away from clip/glue/strap/velcro/gorilla-snot slip on mirror extenders. From all reports, the 1A Auto mirrors are the way to go on the relative cheap.

 

Typically OEM refers to the Toyota parts, hence the confusion for me. No biggie.

I went with the Toyota tow mirrors because of some reports of vibration with non-Toyota alternatives. I've seen some members without an issue and I have seem with serious enough vibration for them to switch out. Some of my children tend to get car sick, so I didn't want to take the chance with vibration. I assume that you have no such problem.

Hi y'all, I just had these installed today and love them. The only thing I need to know is there a way to adjust or tighten them to stop vibrating? The break away seems loose too. Any advice?
