My 16 Tundra has two keys and they work door, ignition and tailgate. When I purchased my 07 Tundra it came with three keys. One was called a valet key that opened the door and worked the ignition only. It would not open the tailgate or glove box. I don't know if the 2014 came with this valet key.

What color is the plastic? Dark black (Master), dark grey (backup) or light grey (valet). Luck and enjoy those Toyotas. : ^ ))))
