Ive noticed lately when I am pulling forward slowly (such as pulling into garage or a parking spot) when i brake to come to a stop i feel and hear the front “pop” somewhat. It will also do it from time to time on slow turns. I try to let me wife recreate while im outside but hard to narrow down.

    any thoughts?

    Start through you history.
When did you first notice it? Any recent upgrades or maintenance done close to this time period?Miles on truck? Any recent 4wd excursions? Stock size tires? When was the last time truck was up on a rack? Wheel play/ball joint wear?
Anything unusual with your 6112s or UCA?
My suspicion is suspension/ball joints as you slowly transfer weight when on hard turn or incline/decline/braking.
Specific to the front end I assume?
    Give us some more info..

It just started two weeks ago:

    -no offroading since July
-50k on truck but only 10k on camburg UCA and 6112s
    -Tire rotations is only maintenance
    -305/55/20 Tires
-I have not had it in the air but can lift front end with jack and put on stands quickly
-Yes problem is specific to front end only

I'd really like to remove your brake system for the equation but without hearing or seeing it, it's tough. Is it a light tap sound or a knock? Does brake application change anything? Recent brake work? Do you feel the "knock" in floor? Feel in brake pedal?
Once brakes are eliminated I'd reverse your suspension history and check off each recently installed suspension component for proper installation and function. The truck is new for the most part. Somebody mucked it up or gave you faulty equipment... Or the tires beat up your BJs.. Check suspension components then worry about secondary damage caused by out of spec mods.

I had the same type of issue. Mine stopped when I put OEM brake shoes back on my truck. Same deal with the wife's 4Runner. Toyota doesn't like after market brake shoes for some reason.

-Stock brakes and id bet $5,000,000 its not a brake issue

    - Its more of a knock. Literally if a midget was hiding behind my firewall and knocked once like a door it would be similar. You can feel it in steering wheel, floorboard. Its not intense though. Trying to describe these things is never easy but its clear it only happens when the weight of truck shifts from rear to front.

You sound exactly like I did, until I had a technician check my brakes. A loose brake pad will feel the same way. I changed them and haven't had a problem since. I hope yours is not suspension related because that sounds expensive. It's worth looking at all the cheaper options first.

My dads 4Runner had a similar issue and it was the sway bar end links going bad.
Is your sway bar still connected? The end links could be going bad after being stressed from a lift. Quick check.. disconnect both links from the lower control arms and drive around the block.. circle back in to the driveway and see if the noise is still there.
