I was walking in front of my truck this morning when I noticed some frost buildup inside both my headlights, its been very cold here this week around -10 to -13 Fahrenheit. I installed the TRD pro LED lights last spring and haven't had any issues up until now. I'm not too worried about it yet, I just hope this doesn't get worse.

Curious to know if anyone else has experience something similar?

    PS. 2018+ LED headlights ROCK!!

The 2019 TRD PRO headlights that I installed had visible dust inside the lenses that I noticed when I turned them on after installation. It was disappointing but it wasn't enough to make me take them off and send them back.

Its very unlikely they would both have issues at once. I don’t know what the manufacturing conditions are during assembly, but this may just be the cold condensing the preexisting moisture content within the closed chamber and will be re absorbed when warmed up.

Yes my 19 led pro headlights did the same when it was freaking cold out! So I took pictures and send them to the dealer I bought them from. They gave me a new pair and returned the ones I bought first.
The new pair did the same thing! Than I was like f**k it, and kept them. Like @mambo143 said once it got warmer it went away.

That looks very similar to what I have going on. If you had it happen to two sets of headlights then I don’t think I’ll bother going to the dealer with this issue. It’s suppose to be mild over the next few days so hopefully it goes away.

Upgrading to the LEDs is the best money I spent on that truck. Worth every penny.
