    Do you have the Entune GPS app on your phone? If yes - uninstall it, reboot phone, restart car, profit.

    That instantly fixed it for me, and I haven't looked back. The GPS integration sucked anyway...

    My wife and I had this problem recently when we upgraded our phones. All we did was install the newest update on our phones and everything was fixed. Nothing was done on the trucks end..

    I gave up on Apple and Toyota company. Someone suggested to delete “the shitty Entune” out of my phone and just pair the phone to the truck. I no longer get drop calls
