your link is for the 14+ design, is there a report for the 07-13 design?

 

The '07-13 design uses a reflector low; the 14+ uses dual-projector lows, so the '14 should be higher-performing than the earlier design. Unfortunately, TRS hasn't released testing data for the '07-13 yet. When they do, I'll be happy to re-run my analysis.

Curious @Headlight Revolution if you know if there is a silver set in the works? Love the blacked out look, but my truck is chrome.

Afraid the XB Line-up is Black my man. :/ haven’t heard any word on a Chrome model for the Tundras.

 

Any idea when testing data will come out for the 07-13s?

 

In the works as we speak my man! Not sure on when we will have it all out on the table for sure, but I do know the Team has had this on the list for a bit now! I will make sure to Update the Thread with Specifics when the Specs drop!

 

What about taillights to match?!

 

Now this would be sweet, You and I are on the same page! I imagine there is something in the works from Morimoto for more XB Tail Light assemblies. Hopefully we hear about something here soon, maybe 2020 is going to be a fun year!

For the time being, we have replacement LED bulbs for the OEM Tail lights!

Has anyone with a 2018+ with OEM LED DRL’s and Headlights have these installed and do NOT have the blinking warning ⚠️ light on the dash and the massive warning message on the dash? The installation directions in my opinion really suck. The sequential turn signals are not describe well and it is all pictures with an attempt to make that work.

If there was a schematic that shows the Tundra wiring input obviously based on what Year and then Morimoto’s output the wiring may be easier. Trying to follow a picture that provides no troubleshooting and you have a problem there is nothing there to give you a clue as to what is wrong.

 

Are these the 14-20 XB LED Headlights? I have not heard of this one before! Shoot us an Email at Sales@Headlightrevolution.com with this picture and give us a brief run-down on the Back story and we would be happy to help however we can! We'll get this patched up!

As luck would have it I now have to call Apple Support so this will take a while.

let’s just start by saying the 6th page of the PDF that is supposed to show the sequential wiring is not clear how that is supposed to be connected. At any rate, when I ask the company for help they ask “How do you have them wired now?” And my answer was “They way the instructions show to the best of my knowledge.” Then I ask how they are supposed to be wired and that is when the trouble began.

Dumb question.. but does pg 7, ie The DRL relay come into play on your truck?

 

I do not need a relay, there is no hyper flash

First.... got to get them to work. At the moment after I replaced a blown fuse from the wiring fun I now have a dash full of every warning/error lights. So much fun to drive with the beeping

 

gen 2 lights ?
