Hopefully they'll send you a new module. It's probably just configured wrong. What sucks is you need a proprietary connector to program the module and both Fortin and FlashLogic/Omega use different connectors. I bought this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0027UYASY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share to reprogram mine to stay on longer than 15 minutes and that's when I seen the option to relock doors, who ever flashed yours probably left it set to stay unlocked. You said you can't relock the doors with the fob either though? I have the ability to unlock and relock with the fob. Hopefully they get you squared away.

With the engine running and the key not in the ignition the truck stays unlocked. Until I put the key in or turn the truck off I can't lock the doors.

Yeah that's the same one I have, on the other side I think is where is says flashlogic and Omega, it seems they are the same company under different names. When you flash them it all brings you to the idatalink site.

I'd call them and see what they say. I'm concerned that your not able to lock the doors with the fob, I'd think that you should atleast be able to do that no matter how the module is configured.

I just noticed that if auto lights are on my lights stay in after the truck is shut off, have to shut them off manually. Any one else have this issue? May try reconnecting that wire and see if it makes a difference.

I just tested mine. It shuts off after about 15 seconds. I cut the yellow wire as well.

Here's a link to the clip for the kick panel:

    https://parts.toyotaofcoolsprings.com/oem-parts/toyota-cowl-trim-clip-9046709212

I do not have a listing for the other clip on the harness. Most of the time when that is the case, they include it with the harness.

Remote starter MPC remote starter. Roadtop carplay. Rearview mirror screen with front and rear racing recording camera
This is the reply I got from MPC when I had the issue. Same thing, installed professionally but the Auto function on the lights stopped working. Apparently, this was designed this way. Keep in mind this is for a 2017 Lexus RX350 and I know its not a Tundra but its a Toyota and I'm pretty sure they use the same parts or settings.

The remote start module has an internal relay that disables the auto lights so that they do not come on with remote start. If you would prefer to have the auto lights working and bypass this feature, you can bypass the cut off feature on the harness. To do this, find the RED 6-pin connector on the evo module. Short the 2 wires together labeled as pins D1 and D3 with a small piece of wire. The colors in those pins might differ from the image below but either way, it's pins D1 and D3. This feature is so that the head lights will not stay on if the remote starter times out after 15 minutes so keep in mind that a door would need to be opened on the vehicle if you allow it to timeout to avoid a battery drain.
