Doppelgänger

Who else has found their Doppelgänger? Saw this Blazing Blue in the parking lot at the gym yesterday and had to park next to it.

 

I saw one that looked so much like mine one day that I had to look at the license plate. Haven't seen it since. Kinda surreal.

 

Nice. I've seen a few blazing blues but none that looks like mine with my mods.

 

Ya, I've since changed the grill and mirrors on mine which make it slightly more unique.

 

Yeah I changed the wheels, tires, grill, tinted the windows and put on a lift. Next will be blacking out front bumper ends and badges and down the road getting a retractable tonneau cover.

Was at Gander Mountain last year and hit the fob door unlock button, heard the beep beep,opened the door and the driver looked at me with a quizzical look. He had parked his near identical Tundra a couple spaces from my truck. Should have taken a pick.

 

Off topic but WTH,
Some years back I came out of the grocery store, unlocked the truck with the key and got in. As I began to insert the key in the ignition I realized that I was in the wrong truck. This was in a 1/2t chevy fleet truck though. I moved damn fast getting out of there!
There's only a couple zillion of those trucks on the road

 

LOL. Funny. My daughter did that ones. Came out of a store and got in the back seat of the wrong car. But she just wasn't paying attention cause the cars looked nothing alike.

 

I see the black d/c TSS to my white around town sometimes. I'll try and follow it next time for a photo op.

 

My friends wife and her sister-in-law went shopping together some years back - the sister-in-law went to take some of the purchases to the car. Took an extra wiggle to unlock the trunk, in went the bags...

When the both went to the car later, it dawned on the sister-in-law that she'd put the stuff in the wrong trunk. LOL
