Welcome to Tundra ownership. You will find the Tundra 4.7 to be less powerful than the Ford V8's but the spark plugs don't get fused to the motor, no need to bullet proof the motor and you will make it home every day in your truck at no extra charge

Thanks guys. Yeah I really wish first gen's came with at least 33s on them stock. They look so much better with a larger Tire.

Cool little camper, we pull a little single axle thing. Want to upgrade in the future to a small dual axle camper for a variety of reasons. What does that one weigh?

Installed some LED strip puddle lights under the door jambs. Nice Christmas lights from the docks on Fantasy Island Lagoon.

Could you measure the gap between the bottom of your grill and the base of your grill guard for me please? As always your truck is looking immaculate. I plan to make a grill guard for my coastal off-road bumper soon and am concerned about the grill clearing it when the hood opens and closes. Thanks

I wanna play... just posted a few pictures of mine in a new member intro thread.

EDIT to add probably the best pic I have of my truck at the moment:

This. This is what I am gonna do with my truck when it retires from being my daily. For now, I'm content to chase with it but dang... do you race it, or just like the pre-runner style?

Picture would be better if you were flipping us off again... Nice truck! I really like black 1st Gens. I swear they didn't make that many in black.

What's the reason for a 2nd truck or are you selling the Taco?

LOL. Selling the Tacoma, TBH the first gen tundra is what the 3rd gen tacoma should have been.

Yes. We've been saying that for years. I wish Toyota would build a new truck just like the 04-06 DC's. Perfect size.

If racing myself counts.. yeah? I have it for what it can do, not necessarily for the style. The style is just a by-product of it's function.

    Thanks!
