2014 Tundra 4wd limited, lifted. New to me a few weeks ago. Every time the headlights come on the abs and traction control light comes on. Once on every time the truck shifts the accelerator will not function until I let off the gas and reapply. Thinking something with the tail lights but would this cause these symptoms?

Sounds like a short somewhere in the harness.

Make sure the brake lights and tail lights are all working correctly, and aren’t aftermarket LED bulbs.

A poor ground connection to one or both tail lights is another possibility.

Power feeding back from the tail light circuit to the brake light circuit will cause your exact symptoms.

Why would speed sensor send a fault only when the headlights are on?

A busted speed sensor can cause crazy things to occur. You do have some weird things going on.
