Yeah keep that cold stuff over there or in our mountains! I can do cold, but months on end with snow is a bit much...3-day weekend is ok!

Yeah, it can be a bit much even for us New Englanders sometimes. By about March, we're soooooo ready for spring.

By the way, awesome truck and sick build. It's the best color too!

Yep, picked these up on BF but the tires will be a little while yet, need a bit of OT to cash in and pay the wheels off...

Take the time and buy once and cry once. I made the mistake with my Tacoma and rushed into tires and wheels and did the same with my tundra on not waiting to get the 17’s and tires at the same time. But got a killer deal from a friend of mine on the tires so I couldn’t pass it up

Yeah, the Tundra came with 20s and stuck with same size when I got the bronze Methods...then decided new suspension was needed for the dirt and now having to change tire setup...talk about my wallet crying but at least the errors are engrained!

Yeah, that's the best reason to build a rig. Having fun adventures on the trail with good friends. Can't beat it!

It makes all the blown tires and broken CV axles and steering racks worth it! Lol

I have read through a bunch of the SoCal threads and you folks out there seem to be having a blast. My brother lives in SoCal and if I ever make the trip out to visit him, maybe I'll meet up with you SoCal folks and join in the Shenanigans.

Heck yeah, for sure! If you do just give a head’s up and we’ll plan to run a trail!
Does your bro have a Tundra and where abouts?

He lives in Burbank and no, he doesn't have a Tundra. Guess I need to do a better job of corrupting, I mean educating him on the merits of these trucks.

:fistbump: I only carried one spare to Mojave and got my flat within the first hour. I had two other spares at home...but those are the 20’s and I’ll be carrying these new ones full-time. :burp:

    Naah, 18 still better than 20 if you're off-roading....but 17 will fit 37's!!

Not to worry. I'm still running 18s but I only air down to about 25-26 psi. At 22 psi I was getting pinch flats. I think with 17s I could probably run lower than 25 but would consult the Krew first. Next time I need a set of tires I'll be switching to 17s. Not looking forward to that bill.

You were getting pinch flats at 22?! Wow psi can be different between a Tundra and a Taco, I run 15-20 psi depending on terrain.
